THURMOND MUSIC

Monique Ramirez is a graduate from Paul McCartney’s music school, the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, with a B.A. in Songwriting and Performance. She has a performance background ranging from opera, musical theater and choir, to performing her original music with a band in various venues around the UK and in Los Angeles. With previous experience teaching both group and private lessons, Monique loves to share her knowledge as a music professional with her students to help them grow in skill and confidence as a performer. With a patient and supportive teaching style, Monique makes sure her students learn proper vocal techniques, have a good repertoire list that fits their range, understand the importance of vocal health and exercises, and have fun while singing their favorite songs! Monique is excited to begin vocal instruction at Thurmond Music.
